Schedule a personal visit with Sales Counselors Tony Stephenson or Sandy Shelpuk and get their undivided attention for an entire hour so you can learn about all things Wind Crest.

Wind Crest Sales Counselors Tony Stephenson and Sandy Shelpuk invite anyone curious about the Highlands Ranch, Colo., Erickson Living community to join them for a personal visit, conversation, and campus tour.

With one brand-new residence building that just opened in May and two more under construction, Wind Crest seems to be on everyone’s wish list of where to live next. In fact, Shelpuk joined the team because sales activity has skyrocketed at Wind Crest. Meeting one-on-one with one of these sales counselors will give visitors an up-close glimpse into what makes Wind Crest so popular.

We spoke to both about what you can expect during your personal visit:

What is included in my personal visit?

Shelpuk: Whether you meet with Tony or me, you’ll have our undivided attention for an entire hour. There is absolutely no pressure; we just want to provide you with an opportunity to gather information related to your interests and needs so you can make an informed decision about your next move.

We’ll answer all of your questions and explain how you can benefit from everything our carefree lifestyle offers.

What will I get to see on the campus tour?

Stephenson: After listening to your interests, we will carefully tailor your campus tour. We’ll visit the amenities and services you wish to see, such as our six campus restaurants, full-service medical center, fitness center, gardens, salon, or woodshop.

If you’d like to check out a club or activity, we can do that. If you’d like to sit in on a church service in our interfaith chapel, we can do that.

Will we see apartment homes on the tour?

Shelpuk: Absolutely. We’ll show you a variety of decorated models, like the Peyton, Brecken, Eaton, and Larkspur, as well as available homes. We will discuss your lifestyle and can help you choose which models to focus on.

We have several beautifully decorated models in our brand-new residence building, Prospect Crossing, which are all available to reserve—even though the building is almost 100% sold out.

If you have taken virtual apartment tours on our website and want to see a particular style, we can arrange that as well.

Will we discuss finances?

Stephenson: Yes. We are completely transparent about the cost of our apartment homes, the monthly service package, and our financial structure. We will go over each of these aspects in detail.

We’ll also review your budget and discuss which apartment styles will suit you best.

Moving to Wind Crest is a smart financial decision because it secures your nest egg and your future. As a continuing care retirement community, should you ever need extended care, your children will be free from that burden and have peace of mind that you’re receiving the best care possible in a comfortable, home-like setting.

Will we tour the on-site continuing care neighborhood?

Shelpuk: If you request to see it, absolutely. Our continuing care community is one of the driving factors for people to move to Wind Crest, even when they don’t need it. Knowing care is available, should they need it, provides peace of mind and differentiates us from many other communities.

We also have excellent, fee-based home support services. Should you ever need a private aide, assistance with dressing, help with a medication program, or you’re recovering from a surgery and need short-term assistance with daily tasks, Wind Crest-employed aides and nurses can provide that.

More than 95% of Erickson Living residents who use home support services continue to live independently, another factor that differentiates us from many other communities.

How can I prepare for my visit?

Stephenson: Make a list of your interests, questions, concerns. Send it to us ahead of time so we can arrange any special activities or visits. Browse our website and take a virtual apartment tour at WindCrestCommunity.com, where you can also request a copy of our comprehensive brochure.
