As construction progresses on Siena Lakes’ senior living neighborhood, here’s an update on all the exciting developments!

Fountain View

Fountain View will feature an 80-yard inner courtyard with bocce ball courts, put-put green, and walking paths, all in a beautiful, manicured setting. It is ideally located adjacent to the Piazza Clubhouse.

Piazza Clubhouse

The Piazza Clubhouse will be at the heart of the community and within the center of Siena Lakes’ campus. It is 60,000 square feet and will house two restaurants; a lounge in the lobby; and several other spaces for lectures, concerts, library, billiards, painting, and more.

If you’re interested in learning more about construction updates and the community in general, please visit the sales center, where Sales Counselors Suzy McAllister and Kristine Kluge will be there ready to answer all of your questions.

“You see photos, you read more, but you have to make an appointment with a sales representative and have them explain all aspects of the company and their plans for the development,” say Don and Sharon Higgins, future residents of Siena Lakes. “The people there have done a very good job of answering all our questions.”
