When Alli Krug isn’t helping people move to Lantern Hill, she enjoys swimming, soccer, skiing, and spending time at the beach. “Spending time with friends and family is really important to me, too,” she says.

Just a few months ago, Lantern Hill welcomed Alli Krug as its new personal moving consultant. She’s now in full swing guiding new community members through their move as more and more people choose Lantern Hill for their forever home.

Each Erickson Living-managed community like Lantern Hill has its own local personal moving consultant who provides complimentary coordination of all realty and moving needs, including downsizing, home staging, packing, and selection of a real estate professional.

Growing community

Krug couldn’t have arrived at a better—or busier—time. Lantern Hill recently opened its sixth residence building, Bell Pavilion, which is filling up quickly. The 168-apartment, five-story building features a restaurant, bar, fitness center, courtyard, bocce courts, community gardens, and underground parking.

“Many people have to sell their home in order to move to Lantern Hill, so I get to understand their level of knowledge and readiness and help accelerate their move sooner rather than later because, ultimately, that’s to their benefit,” says Krug, who has a background in sales, marketing, and event planning. “The sooner they’re living at Lantern Hill, socializing and minimizing the stress of maintaining a house, will ultimately and positively impact their health and longevity.”

Her services are available and complimentary to anyone on Lantern Hill’s priority list. And most importantly, they’re designed to make your life easier.

“The real estate agents I recommend are trusted partners of ours,” says Krug. “There is no pressure to use one specific real estate agent or another. It’s at your discretion. Having options puts some people at ease, and having at least two options helps them feel in control of the situation. I am here for the long term to help everyone through the process.”
