Since last month’s opening of Ashby Ponds’ tenth residence building, Cherry Blossom Square, priority list membership at the sought-after Loudoun County, Va., community is blossoming too.

In April 2016, Carol and Jack Nevitt, along with their basset hound Tyler, moved from their home in Woodbridge, Va., to Ashby Ponds, an Erickson Living community in Ashburn. Fully immersing themselves into life at the popular community, the couple couldn’t be happier with their decision to move.

This month, Cherry Blossom Square, the newest independent living residence building at Ashby Ponds, will open its doors to more than a hundred new neighbors eager to join the thriving Erickson Living community in Ashburn, Va.

Now closer to both her children and grandchildren, Elaine Wienholt enjoys a wonderful new life at Ashby Ponds.
