HIGHLANDS RANCH, CO (June 26, 2017) – Construction has begun on Mt. Rosa Court, which is Wind Crest’s final residence building in the current phase of community development. This $41 million development is expected to be complete by May, 2018 and its first move-ins will take place in the same month.

Wind Crest's Scholarship Program Grows

HGHLANDS RANCH, CO (June 6, 2017) –Nineteen student servers who work at Wind Crest this year graduated from the retirement community’s scholarship program. A ceremony at the 230-seat Arts and Enrichment Center on site commemorated the occasion.

Over the course of two years, these students have worked toward a scholarship to help fund their higher education at a four-year institution, community college, or technical school.

Wind Crest Marks Unprecedented Priority List Increase as Community's Occupancy Nears Full Capacity

HIGHLANDS RANCH, CO (May 4, 2017) -- -- Wind Crest received an unprecedented 18 Priority List member applications at a recent marketing event. Attendees were identified from a list of the top 5,000 age and income qualified households within 30 miles of Wind Crest.

These new Priority List members have indicated an intent to move into Wind Crest as the community’s occupancy nears full capacity. There are just five unreserved apartments now available in its current inventory.

Wind Crest's Roxlyn "Lyn" Cole Scales 56 Flights of Stairs in American Lung Association Event

HIGHLANDS RANCH, CO (March 7, 2017) – Wind Crest retirement community resident Roxlyn “Lyn” Cole scaled 56 flights of stairs in the American Lung Association’s “Fight for Air Climb” held February 26 in the Republic Plaza in downtown Denver. Lyn, 78, has participated in the event since it began in 2006. More than 800 people climbed 1,098 steps in this year’s event.
