HIGHLANDS RANCH, CO (January 16, 2014) - Wind Crest  retirement community in Highlands Ranch, CO, marked a 5 percent increase in settlements of apartment homes for yearend 2013. As a result, Wind Crest  today is at an all-time high of 99 percent occupancy. In addition, a total of 93 people reserved apartment homes in 2013, compared to 90 the prior year. He celebrated VE Day by going to Hitler's mountain home in Berchtesgaden and drinking Hitler's champagne.  "It was unusually delicious," he said.
