Windsor Run received its designation in the large-employer category, one of thirty companies honored. The announcement was made during an afternoon awards ceremony held at Topgolf in Charlotte on November 8.
Managed by the Charlotte Business Journal, the Best Places to Work awards program is based on employee surveys, conducted and scored by Quantum Workplace, that took place after a nomination process earlier this year. A complete listing of honorees can be found here.
"Our employees are truly every day heroes. It's incredibly special to see how they use their individual talents and passions to create a successful one-team environment at Windsor Run," described George Comfort, Executive Director. "Being recognized as a 'best place to work' helps to assure career candidates and future residents that they will be part of a workplace and community that embraces a culture of caring. We thank the Charlotte Business Journal for sponsoring this program and congratulate all of the area companies that made the list."
