Pricing, Retirement and Understanding Our Financial Structure at Windsor Run

Make an Investment in Your Financial Future

You’ve always made smart investments and budgeted wisely for your retirement. But costs can add up quickly. At Windsor Run in Matthews, we’ve built a financial model that helps you manage your current expenses and safeguard your future.

There Are Two Basic Costs to Life Here:

1. Entrance Deposit

Your entrance deposit secures your independent living apartment home. We offer two entrance deposit options to meet your needs.

With our traditional 90% refundable entrance deposit,* all but 10% of your deposit will be returned to you or your heirs when you leave the community. The nonrefundable option allows you to secure your apartment home at a lower entrance deposit, making Windsor Run an even more affordable choice.

No matter which entrance deposit you choose, you'll have equal access to all the fantastic amenities and services at our community!

2. Monthly Service Package

Just one check each month covers almost all of your daily expenses, including heating and cooling, property taxes, cable TV, and so much more. The cost of the Monthly Service Package remains predictable all year long.

The Proof Is in Our Financial Track Record

As you investigate your senior living options, consider the financial facts that set Windsor Run apart from other communities:

  • Fee-for-service

As a fee-for-service community, we don’t make you pay in advance for services you may never need. Here, you only pay for a higher level of heath care when and if you need it.

  • A strong foundation

Windsor Run is one of 19 Erickson Living communities located in 11 states across the country. Erickson Living is a network of retirement communities with more than three decades of experience in senior living and health.
