What does the Monthly Service Fee cover?

A:

The Monthly Service Fee includes most of your regular expenses like utilities, property taxes, cable TV, standard maintenance, and select meals. It also covers weekly housekeeping, valet and concierge service, corporate membership privileges at PGA National Resort & Spa, and host of other services. In addition to a nurse on call, we have a 24/7 emergency response team. Each apartment home is outfitted with emergency pull cords that will alert our staff that you need assistance.
