If something happens to me and I no longer can live independently...there’s a place right across the campus where I can go for whatever needs that I have.
Which Lifestyle Option Should You Choose?
Linden Ponds is the Boston area’s premier continuing care retirement community, which means we not only provide active, independent living—but we also provide higher levels of senior-focused care. Depending on your health needs and sense of independence, you may want to consider multiple lifestyle options that Linden Ponds has to offer.
Linden Ponds boasts two clubhouses, filled with extraordinary amenities like an all-season pool, creative arts studio, computer lab, and four on-site restaurants. Our Massachusetts community also features more than one hundred clubs and activities, making it easy to learn something new and get involved. There are opportunities to meet new neighbors and make true friendships around every corner!
Your beautiful, customizable apartment home isn’t the only maintenance-free part of life at Linden Ponds. The entire community is cared for by our full-time maintenance staff, who maintain the grounds. Particularly during the winter, you’ll enjoy freedom from homeowner stresses like shoveling snow, budgeting for high energy costs, and making weather-related repairs. You'll also feel safe and secure on campus with a 24-hour security and emergency response team monitoring the gated community.
Additionally, you have access to home care and outpatient rehabilitation, services that provide the care you need right on campus while you recover in the comfort of your own apartment home. Best of all, if you move to an independent living apartment home and eventually require a higher level of care, you can transition to our on-site continuing care neighborhood. You'll live in the same, familiar community, in close proximity to your neighbors and friends.
You can’t plan for changes in your health needs, but in the event that you require additional support, Linden Ponds offers a comprehensive complement of care, right on our Hingham campus. Our continuing care neighborhood includes short-term rehabilitation, long-term nursing care, and respite care.
At every level of care, our team of physicians—who understand the specific needs of older adults—work with you and your loved ones to create an individualized plan to provide you with the best possible care. Reap the benefits of private residences, delicious meals, engaging activities, and a full-time team of board-certified doctors, nurses, and caregivers.
