What's Included in the Cost?

The cost of memory care is determined by the degree of care needed. There are two costs that make up your memory care package, a onetime 90% Refundable Entrance Fee for nonresidents, and a monthly service fee that covers the cost of utilities, maintenance, care services, and following:

  • Strategically designed neighborhood
  • Staff trained to support residents with memory loss
  • Reminders of activities, mealtimes, and assistance
  • Call response system
  • Access to registered nurse and care associate staff 24 hours a day
  • Monthly wellness visits by a licensed nurse
  • Meal service in the dining room
  • An enriching activities program
  • Daily bed-making
  • Weekly light housekeeping
  • One load of laundry weekly
  • Access to landscaped grounds and courtyards
  • Basic cable TV
  • An individualized assessment to identify the level of assistance and support necessary with activities of daily living

For individuals who are not current residents of Seabrook, a onetime 90% Refundable Entrance Fee of $125,000 is required.

The monthly service fee is $596 per day for a private suite.
